This remote, contract role aligns business and technology teams, manages multiple priorities, and drives risk mitigation to ensure timely, quality deliverables in a matrixed setting.

Competenze

• 5 to 8 years of related project or program management experience, preferably within healthcare.
• Experience with executive stakeholders under tight timelines in a consultative capacity.
• Knowledge of government-related projects and mandates.
• Proven ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives with many moving parts and cross-functional teams.
• Clear, concise communication to senior leadership on scope, timelines, risks, and decisions.

Mansioni

• Serve as the technical coordination point for high-complexity projects and initiatives, potentially leading multiple efforts concurrently.
• Ensure deliverables from business and technology partners are produced, reviewed, and approved according to established schedules.
• Manage resources from multiple delivery partners within approved hours and scope.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks, and communicate impacts, decisions, and status to senior leadership.
• Facilitate structured working sessions and executive presentations; translate complex topics into actionable plans.
• Mentor and provide feedback to team members to support a highly functioning team in a matrixed environment.
