Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior Technical Project/Program Manager to coordinate high-complexity healthcare/insurance projects remotely. The role supports multiple initiatives, delivering on time with leadership visibility and cross-functional collaboration.

The position requires 5–8 years of PM experience, strong executive communication, and experience with government-related projects. This contract role offers W2 benefits and HDR remote work options.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of PM/Program management experience in healthcare or insurance.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders under tight timelines.
• Knowledge of FEP mandates and government-related projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical coordination point for high-complexity projects, potentially leading multiple efforts.
• Ensure deliverables from business and tech partners are produced, reviewed, and approved on schedule.
• Manage resources from multiple delivery partners within approved hours and scope.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks; communicate impacts and status to senior leadership.
• Facilitate structured working sessions and executive presentations; translate complex topics into actionable plans.
• Mentor and provide feedback to team members in a matrixed environment.
