BairesDev is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our remote team as a hunter of new clients. You will source, nurture, and close enterprise opportunities, focusing on technology services across industries and geographies.

Lead engagements from initial outreach through retention, tailoring our value proposition to C-suite audiences. This role emphasizes strategic relationship-building and revenue growth in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of relevant experience selling professional IT or software services.
• Strong experience selling technology consulting and services as a hunter of new logos.
• Proven success in sourcing, nurturing, and closing midsize and Enterprise accounts.
• Native English or fully bilingual (English).

Aufgaben

• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with midsize to enterprise-level clients across industries, with a focus on Consumer sectors.
• Originate and nurture business relationships resulting in engagement opportunities.
• Present BairesDev’s value proposition tailored to senior executives.
• Scope projects, shape engagements, and help define business solutions that satisfy client needs.
• Plan resources, organize and mobilize teams to meet revenue targets and business goals.
• Understand and mitigate key risks through tactical plans and actions.
