We’re looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to help drive new business growth and own the full sales cycle in a fast-paced consulting environment.

This is a remote role in the United States with a base salary range and additional compensation potential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in B2B technology sales.
• Experience selling software, SaaS, technology services, or IT consulting solutions.
• Experience selling to mid-market clients.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities by prospecting mid-market organizations.
• Own the sales process from outreach through discovery, proposal, negotiation and close.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and understand their business challenges.
• Position RE Partners' technology consulting and engineering services as solutions to client needs.
• Partner with delivery and leadership teams to develop tailored client solutions.
• Grow existing client relationships by identifying expansion opportunities.
