Job summary

Affirm is reinventing credit to be more honest and friendly, enabling customers to buy now and pay later with transparent terms. In this role, you will lead a team of Technical Account Managers (TAMs) serving our SMB merchants, guiding their post-sale technical success and expanding Affirm’s offerings.

You will work cross-functionally with Client Success, Product, Operations and Merchant Care, establishing proactive plans, coaching, and recruitment as needed.

Qualifications

• Five years in a B2B customer-facing technical role.
• Three years as a people manager.
• Strong background in web technologies and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of TAMs supporting SMB merchants.
• Collaborate with Client Success, Product, Operations and Merchant Care.
• Set and track OKRs; forecast demand and recruit as needed.
• Guide integration solutions, troubleshoot, and optimize for merchants.
