GrayMatter is a remote-first technology company seeking a Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions in the United States. You will partner with hiring managers, design sourcing strategies, and manage ATS workflows while delivering top talent and enhancing candidate experience.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong sourcing and closing skills, and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Paycor. Occasional travel up to 10% may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and Paycor ATS; strong MS Office skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end recruiting for multiple functions.
• Design sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles and postings.
• Guide interview and evaluation processes.
• Improve recruiting processes and ATS workflows.
• Track recruiting metrics and report insights.
• Support employer branding and candidate engagement.
• Travel up to 10% annually.
