HighLevel, a remote-first company, is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for US and LATAM roles. You will partner with hiring managers, build pipelines, and deliver an excellent candidate experience across functions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in TA within fast-paced B2B SaaS environments, strong ATS experience (Lever/Greenhouse), and a data-driven approach to improve time-to-fill and hiring quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in fast-paced B2B SaaS or startup environments.
• Experience recruiting for U.S. and LATAM roles across multiple functions and levels.
• Strong understanding of U.S. hiring practices; LATAM familiarity preferred.
• Hands-on with ATS platforms Lever and Greenhouse and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proven ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven mindset with metrics to improve recruiting outcomes.
• Collaborative mindset with knowledge sharing and process improvements.
• High ownership, adaptability and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for U.S. and LATAM roles across business functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate role requirements into sourcing strategies.
• Lead sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offers.
• Provide a seamless, inclusive candidate experience.
• Apply compliant hiring practices for U.S. and LATAM regulations.
• Leverage market insights, automation and AI tools to enhance search.
• Maintain candidate data in ATS and support reporting.
• Track pipeline metrics and time-to-fill improvements.
• Contribute to recruitment process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
• Support onboarding with HR and business teams.
