Source admin/EA/ops candidates, run structured screens, and maintain a ready-to-endorse pool to deliver shortlists in days, not weeks, while meeting weekly targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years recruitment experience.
• 2+ years placing admin, EA, or ops talent.
• Experience recruiting for US/international clients.
• Fluent, professional English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Source Executive Assistant, operations, marketing, and senior administrative candidates.
• Run rigorous, structured screens (résumé reviews, written assessments, video intros, live interviews).
• Evaluate candidates on experience, tools, and presentation (camera, English, energy).
• Maintain a standing pool of ready-to-endorse candidates to turn around shortlists in days.
• Match candidates to client briefs and build endorsement packages.
• Keep the ATS updated and recycle strong candidates for future roles.
• Consistently hit weekly sourcing, screening, and shortlist targets.
