Job summary

SUMO is seeking experienced Talent Managers to oversee a roster of digital creators across the United States. This fully remote role focuses on developing commercial opportunities, securing brand partnerships, and growing creators’ revenue with support from a wider team.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in managing digital creators within a talent agency, plus strong negotiation, business development, and an existing network of brands and agencies to leverage for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience managing digital creators in a talent management context.
• Existing roster of creators with potential for roster movement.
• Proven track record of annual brand partnership sales.
• Strong negotiation and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a roster of digital creators across verticals.
• Identify, pitch and secure brand partnerships and commercial opportunities.
• Negotiate partnership agreements, fees and deliverables.
• Develop strategies to grow talent revenue and expand opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with brands, agencies and partners.
• Identify and onboard creators with high potential.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns and growth.
• Monitor roster performance and identify growth opportunities.
