• Experience in digital talent management, at Talent Manager or Senior Talent Manager level.
• Established roster of creators with potential to expand.
• Proven track record of annual revenue from creator brand partnerships.
• Strong pitching, negotiation and closing skills.
• Well-connected network with brands and agencies.
• Experience managing multiple creator relationships and campaigns.
• Commercially driven approach to talent management.
• Willing to work full-time from a Los Angeles office.

Responsibilities

• Manage roster of digital creators, overseeing commercial partnerships and career development.
• Pitch talent to brands and agencies for new partnerships.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, campaign deliverables and terms.
• Develop relationships with brands, agencies and other partners.
• Identify opportunities to increase roster revenue and long-term partnerships.
• Scout and recruit new creators to expand the agency's talent offering.
• Collaborate with the wider team to deliver campaigns and manage client relationships.
• Track commercial performance and contribute to revenue growth.
