Job summary

Pearpop Inc. is seeking a Senior Talent Manager to lead talent representation and partnerships. You will manage a roster of digital creators, negotiate brand deals, and drive revenue growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role blends strategic development with hands-on deal execution in a dynamic creator economy. You’ll work hybrid, with options to work remotely if outside LA or from our Santa Monica office, contributing to Pearpop’s growth and creator partnerships across

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of talent management and talent representation.
• Experience managing six to seven-figure talent rosters.
• Recruit, represent, and manage a roster of digital talent across fashion, wellness, beauty, fitness, family, and more.
• Identify, negotiate, and execute brand partnerships and campaigns.
• Stay up to date with creator economy trends, metrics, and brand expectations.
• Build and sustain partnerships with brands, agencies, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, represent, and manage a roster of digital talent across verticals including fashion, wellness, beauty, fitness, family, and more.
• Identify, negotiate, and execute brand partnerships and campaigns aligned with client needs.
• Proactively pitch opportunities to unlock new revenue streams for your roster.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Pearpop, including business development and operations, to drive client success.
• Maintain accurate deals in the CRM, forecast sales, and manage payments and deliverables.
