Sixteenth, part of Whalar Group, is seeking a Senior Talent Manager to drive careers for a select roster of top creators. You’ll grow their brands, expand revenue streams, and secure opportunities across the creator economy.

This strategic, hands-on role combines talent representation with brand partnerships and business development. You’ll leverage an existing network of brand connections and negotiate contracts while mapping a five-year growth plan.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in talent management, influencer marketing, or brand partnerships.
• Established roster of talent.
• Strong commercial instincts with a brand-building mindset.
• Established network of brand, agency, and industry relationships.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing and the social media landscape.
• Skilled negotiator with contract experience.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your own roster of creators with long-term growth plans.
• Drive new business through ambassadorships, publishing, content development, licensing, and IP.
• Lead brand collaborations from pitch to delivery to align with talent vision.
• Collaborate with publicists, bookers, and commercial teams for 360° support.
• Cultivate brand and agency relationships aligned with talent positioning.
• Monitor trends across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and beyond.
• Support talent in off-platform ventures like events and product launches.
• Plan and oversee high-impact launches and brand activations.
• Develop post-campaign reports and case studies for partners.
