Job summary

SUMO is seeking experienced Talent Managers to oversee a roster of digital creators across the United States. This fully remote role focuses on developing commercial opportunities, securing brand partnerships, and growing creators’ revenue with support from a wider team.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in managing digital creators within a talent agency, plus strong negotiation, business development, and an existing network of brands and agencies to leverage for growth.

About the Role

We're working with an established creator management business looking to hire Talent Managers and Senior Talent Managers across the US.

The agency works with digital creators to develop their commercial opportunities, build long-term partnerships and grow their businesses across multiple platforms.

This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced manager who wants to develop their roster with the support of a wider team, while maintaining flexibility in how and where they work.

What You'll Do

• Manage and develop a roster of digital creators across a range of verticals.
• Identify, pitch and secure brand partnerships and commercial opportunities.
• Negotiate partnership agreements, fees and campaign deliverables.
• Develop strategies to grow talent revenue and expand their commercial opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with brands, agencies and industry partners.
• Identify and onboard new creators with strong commercial potential.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to support campaigns and talent development.
• Monitor roster performance and identify opportunities for continued growth.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience managing digital creators within a talent management agency.
• An existing roster of creators, ideally with some talent who would be open to moving.
• A proven track record of annual brand partnership sales.
• Strong commercial negotiation and business development skills.
• An established network of brand and agency contacts.
• Experience managing creators across platforms including Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Strong organisation and communication skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable managing talent relationships and commercial partnerships remotely.
