Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage human resources activities across the organization. The role focuses on employment, employee relations, compensation policy interpretation, and record-keeping, ensuring compliance and confidentiality.

The candidate will coach managers, lead HR programs, and support onboarding, leave management, and policy implementation, contributing to a high-performance work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred in related field.
• 5–10 years HR experience required.
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and confidentiality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor managers and employees on HR initiatives and develop proactive employee relations strategies.
• Present and represent Corporate HR policy, process, and philosophy guidance at sites.
• Consult on organization issues; handle unusual situations where precedents are unavailable.
• Facilitate meetings, deliver communications and administer Corporate HR programs.
• Lead HR programs such as performance management, reviews, learning and development, talent assessment, and benefits.
• Support onboarding for new hires and manage leave of absence compliance.
