• Support design, deployment, administration, and follow-up of engagement and talent processes across North America.
• Coordinate the annual performance cycle including timelines, materials, and guidance.
• Create practical learning resources and digital eLearning using Articulate Rise.
• Analyze feedback to identify trends and translate findings into action plans.
• Support inclusion initiatives and leadership development aligned with priorities.
