Qualifications

• 7+ years of US/Canada IT recruitment experience.
• Proficient in AI-enabled sourcing and social recruiting.
• Experience with ATS and sourcing platforms; Darwin Box a plus.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle US IT recruitment from sourcing to offer closure.
• Manage multiple requisitions with timely delivery.
• Screen, conduct behavioral interviews and evaluate candidate fit.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for US/Canada market.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and processes.
• Provide market insights on salaries and availability.
• Ensure clear communication on hiring progress.
• Maintain candidate experience and employer brand.
• Maintain accurate records in ATS and TA dashboards.
