Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, across Product/Engineering, General & Administrative, Sales, and/or other commercial functions.
• Recent experience recruiting technical or engineering positions (software, cloud, AI/ML, data science, hardware/test).
• 3+ years using Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proven success filling Director-level roles with strategic recruiting.
• Experience sourcing niche, hard-to-fill talent in competitive markets.
• Ability to use AI tools/agents to streamline daily work.
• Proven ability to influence hiring leaders on strategy, market conditions, and expectations.
• Experience managing multiple/high-volume requisitions and stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret recruiting metrics and market data for strategy.

Aufgaben

• Partner with hiring leaders to understand position needs, team dynamics, and success measures.
• Lead and own your desk of full-cycle recruitment across Product/Engineering, General & Administrative, or Sales.
• Develop and execute strategies for specialized, in-demand roles.
• Identify and engage passive candidates via Boolean search, networks, referrals, and market mapping.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for anticipated business needs.
• Provide market intelligence and data-informed time-to-fill expectations to leadership.
• Screen candidates for experience, capabilities, motivations, and fit.
• Establish structured, competency-based interview and assessment processes.
• Deliver a consistent, inclusive candidate experience from contact to disposition.
• Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to support timely hiring decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and tools.
• Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives.
