Job summary

Windval Technology Solutions LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support growing staffing initiatives across consulting, technology, operations, and leadership roles. You will partner with hiring managers and HR to ensure a high-quality hiring experience while building scalable recruiting processes.

This role thrives in a fast-paced consulting environment, with responsibilities spanning candidate sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and employer branding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or human resources experience.
• Experience managing candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, networking, and recruiting partners.
• Review and screen resumes to identify candidates aligned with Windval's technical and cultural requirements.
• Conduct video interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and organizational fit.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with detailed evaluation notes and recommendations.
• Maintain active candidate pipelines for current and future staffing needs.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams and candidates.
• Facilitate communication throughout the interview process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Support hiring managers in developing interview plans, evaluation criteria, and candidate scorecards.
• Track candidate progress and provide regular hiring status updates to leadership.
• Assist with offer generation, employment documentation, and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain recruiting documentation, reporting, and candidate records within approved systems and repositories.
• Assist in developing standardized recruiting processes, interview frameworks, and hiring best practices.
• Support the creation and maintenance of job descriptions and role profiles.
• Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate pipeline health, and sourcing effectiveness.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across recruiting and onboarding processes.
• Manage and maintain job postings across recruiting platforms.
• Promote Windval's culture, values, and employee experience through recruiting activities.
• Build and nurture relationships with professional organizations, and industry communities to expand talent pipelines.
