Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead intake and talent strategy meetings with hiring managers and partners.
• Act as the primary talent acquisition partner to hiring managers on sourcing, interview design, and selection methods.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Develop strategies to attract candidates for professional, technical, leadership roles.
• Create job postings, recruitment marketing, and talent pipelines.
• Conduct structured screening and competency-based selection aligned with standards.
• Develop interview guides, scorecards, and selection tools with hiring managers.
• Facilitate interview panels and debriefs to ensure fair decisions.
• Provide compensation recommendations and internal equity analyses.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely communication.
• Maintain recruitment processes in compliance with policies and laws.
• Develop metrics and communicate workforce trends and hiring outcomes.
• Provide training to managers on recruitment processes and compliance.
