DIRECTV is seeking a Sr. Partner, Talent Acquisition to lead full-cycle recruitment for executive and specialized roles. You will partner with HR, Compensation, Legal, and leadership to deliver a high-touch, equitable hiring experience across the enterprise.

In this remote role, you will own the end-to-end process, design structured interview methods, manage offers and negotiations, and build an ongoing talent bench while representing the DIRECTV employer brand at every touchpoint.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in full-cycle recruiting or executive search.
• Proven success sourcing and closing passive candidates.
• Experience leading complex compensation negotiations.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project and stakeholder management.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally on hiring strategy.
• Sound judgment with high-visibility searches.
• Ability to operate independently with strategic thinking.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end recruitment for executive, leadership, and specialized roles.
• Lead intake sessions with hiring managers to define scope and strategy.
• Proactively source candidates via diverse channels and networks.
• Maintain an always-on talent bench and nurture pipelines.
• Manage requisition workflow and data in Workday.
• Design structured interview and assessment processes.
• Provide market insights and coaching to hiring managers.
• Negotiate offers and compensation packages.
• Represent DIRECTV as a credible brand ambassador.
