Job summary

Acceleration Partners is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end recruitment for a global set of roles. This remote, work-from-home position involves substantial collaboration with hiring managers, building interview scorecards, and optimizing processes with AI tools.

Travel is required for client meetings and internal events. You will source proactively, manage high-volume searches across the US, Europe, and Asia, and contribute to building a strong employer brand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience in-house.
• Experience recruiting for senior or executive roles preferred.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to proactively identify passive candidates.

Responsibilities

• Consultative job intake with hiring managers to define role and success metrics.
• Proactive sourcing of passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sources.
• Conduct high-volume, global candidate interviews across multiple regions.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in Greenhouse ATS and report on pipeline health.
• Lead continuous improvement projects in interview processes, training, and AI tooling.
