Job summary

OpenLoop is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of roles across commercial and G&A teams, working remotely in the United States.

You will partner with hiring managers to shape job specs and search strategy, build pipelines through proactive sourcing beyond LinkedIn, engage passive candidates, and lead initial screens and interviews with clear recommendations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience required.
• Experience sourcing across functions and levels.
• Trusted partner to hiring managers; ask thoughtful questions, set clear expectations.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for searches from intake to close.
• Partner with hiring managers to shape specs and search strategy.
• Build pipelines through proactive sourcing across competitors and adjacent industries.
• Source beyond LinkedIn Recruiter via industry communities, referrals, and networks.
• Engage passive candidates with personalized outreach and compelling understanding of opportunities.
• Lead initial screens assessing experience and motivations.
• Guide interviews, debriefs, and hiring decisions with clear recommendations.
• Use market data and compensation insights to adjust approach.
• Keep pipelines accurate in Ashby with clear next steps.
• Adapt portfolio as priorities evolve; potential for senior/executive searches.
