The ideal candidate excels in consultative executive recruitment, engaging passive talent, and delivering outstanding candidates in competitive markets. Remote work option with nationwide scope is available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting focused on sales and leadership.
• Proven success completing executive searches at VP level and above.
• Experience partnering with C-suite and managing RPO relationships.
• Ability to identify, engage, and close passive executive talent.
• Strong interview, assessment, negotiation and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for executive and senior leadership roles.
• Build pipelines through direct sourcing, networks, referrals.
• Oversee intake, search plans, and interview processes.
• Provide market insights and compensation guidance.
• Coordinate offers and relocation considerations.
