Job summary
American Food & Vending is seeking a Senior Corporate Talent Acquisition Partner to lead high-impact searches for sales, executive, and regional leadership. You will partner with senior leaders and HR to attract exceptional talent, including confidential executive searches and passive talent engagement, across a nationwide remote model.
The ideal candidate brings consultative executive recruiting experience, ability to advise senior stakeholders, and a track record of delivering top candidates
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting focused on sales and senior leadership.
- Experience completing executive searches at VP level and above.
- Proven ability to engage passive talent and advise senior stakeholders.
- Experience partnering with C-suite and managing RPO relationships.
- Strong interviewing, assessment, and offer negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted talent advisor to executives, HR partners, and hiring managers.
- Lead intake meetings to define leadership competencies and fit for searches.
- Develop search plans, sourcing strategies, and communication cadences.
- Provide market feedback, compensation guidance, and search risk analyses.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across sales, executive, and regional roles.
