GE Vernova is seeking a Senior TA Partner to deliver strategic recruitment support for Engineering roles in the U.S. and Canada.

You will partner with client groups to manage a diverse portfolio and drive high-quality candidate outcomes. You will leverage proactive sourcing, advanced screening, and negotiation skills, advising hiring managers on market trends and recruitment best practices while tracking KPIs to optimize processes and improve results.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment with expertise in sourcing, screening, managing complex offers, and advising stakeholders.
• 2+ years of consultative recruitment experience within the Conventional Power, Electric, or Renewable Energy industries, or other highly regulated, technical industry.
• 2+ years experience identifying and sourcing talent for niche engineering disciplines: Mechanical Systems, Instrumentation & Controls, Probabilistic Risk & Reliability, Systems Integration, Civil Structural, or other systems engineering specialties.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit using advanced sourcing techniques to identify active and passive candidates.
• Screen candidates for technical expertise, cultural fit, leadership potential and provide input on candidate selection.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters on advanced sourcing and screening techniques.
• Articulate a compelling career opportunity based on the candidate's motivation.
• Ensure the recruitment process is inclusive, equitable, and delivers a positive candidate experience.
• Be a brand ambassador by sharing content on social media and promoting GE Vernova talent brand.
• Build GEV presence in targeted channels to create candidate engagement strategies and build key pipelines for hard to fill roles.
• Advise & Lead: Leverage recruitment data and market insights to enhance recruitment strategies and influence stakeholders.
• Manage and advise on the end-to-end recruitment process for roles of varying complexity, providing insights and recommendations to hiring managers and people leaders.
• Lead complex offer negotiations with candidates and provide guidance to stakeholders on compensation benchmarks.
• Manage candidate / requisition lifecycle in ATS with highest accuracy and timeliness to ensure data integrity for reporting.
• Innovate & Continuous Learning: Apply Lean principles to optimize recruitment processes and track KPI’s.
• Participate in projects and adopt best practices in daily operations.
