Jobgether partners with a client seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – Engineering, based in Canada, supporting the United States and Canada. The role leads end-to-end recruitment for engineering roles, advising on market trends and compensation, and building pipelines for hard-to-fill positions.

You will mentor junior recruiters, apply data-driven insights, and drive process improvements while managing complex offers.

Competenze

• 5+ years of recruitment experience with sourcing, screening, complex offers, and stakeholder advisory.
• 2+ years of consultative recruitment in highly regulated engineering/energy industries.
• 2+ years sourcing specialized engineering talent across Mechanical Systems, I&C, Risk & Reliability, Systems Integration, Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across the United States and Canada for engineering roles.
• Use advanced sourcing to attract active and passive candidates for specialized positions.
• Screen candidates for technical expertise, culture fit, leadership potential, and role suitability.
