Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Senior TA Partner to provide strategic recruitment support for Engineering roles across the U.S. and Canada, partnering with client groups to manage a diverse portfolio and meet TA goals with high-quality candidates.

You will use proactive sourcing, advanced screening, and negotiation skills, advise leaders on market trends, lead end-to-end recruitment, and drive process improvements with KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment experience with sourcing, screening, and offers.
• 2+ years of consultative recruitment in power, electric, or renewable energy industries or other highly regulated, technical industry.
• 2+ years of proven experience identifying and sourcing talent for niche engineering roles: Mechanical Systems, I&C, probabilistic risk & reliability, systems integration, civil structural, or other engineering specialties.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage active and passive candidates using advanced sourcing techniques.
• Screen candidates for technical expertise, leadership potential, and cultural fit; provide input on candidate selection.
• Provide mentorship to junior recruiters on sourcing and screening techniques and best practices.
• Articulate a compelling career opportunity based on candidate motivation.
• Advise on recruitment process inclusivity and candidate experience; promote GE Vernova brand.
• Lead complex offers, benchmark compensation, and advise stakeholders on decisions.
• Manage candidate/requisition lifecycle in ATS with high data integrity for reporting.
