Job summary

Partner Company is seeking a VP, Global Talent Acquisition to define and execute a global TA strategy across the United States and offshore teams. You will partner with executive leadership to anticipate needs, optimize delivery, and build a scalable, high-impact recruitment organization.

You will oversee budgets, recruiting technology, vendor partnerships, and performance analytics while championing responsible AI adoption and an enhanced candidate experience in a complex, multi-country

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years in talent acquisition with 6+ years in director-level leadership.
• Global experience leading multi-country recruiting teams.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar TA budget and external vendors.
• Strong executive partnership and data-driven decision making.
• Knowledge of U.S. EEO, OFCCP, and international employment considerations.

Responsibilities

• Define global talent strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned with business growth.
• Advise executive leadership on labor-market trends and workforce planning.
• Lead and align U.S. and offshore TA teams under a unified strategy.
• Develop scalable operating model and centers of excellence.
• Oversee budgets, recruiting tech, agencies, and vendors.
• Establish governance around AI adoption and data privacy.
