Responsibilities

• Perform high-level, day-to-day operational support of complex cloud-based systems.
• Develop solutions to routine technical problems of limited scope.
• Document issues and resolutions; communicate status to users and leadership.
• Maintain system integrity, security, and compliance with VA standards.
• Support on-call production system operations and collaboration with dev/sec teams.
