Qualifications

• Willing to work in 24x7 shifts and support deployment events and change controls.
• Experience with highly available, cross-enterprise apps on large networks.

• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Configure, install, upgrade, monitor performance, secure and improve servers and apps.
• Support systems including MS SQL Servers, SSL certs, IIS, and clustering.
• Deploy new solutions following documented processes.
• Monitor and resolve issues proactively to ensure uptime.
• Improve Azure/Windows services and related governance and cost controls.
• Engage with development teams to troubleshoot deployment issues.
