Qualifications

• 7+ years of overall work experience.
• 2-3 years of expert-level experience providing systems engineering in an assigned product.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous technical guidance and support to clients, ensuring their ongoing success.
• Collaborate closely with internal technical teams to implement proposed solutions.
• Partner with TAMs to translate business requirements into robust, Altera-aligned solutions.
• Develop and document comprehensive technical architectures for clients, including infrastructure and data flows.
• Design and document integration of diverse systems and services to create detailed environments.
• Mentor and lead other SREs, driving quality and client satisfaction.
• Oversee architecture and technical delivery to enhance hosting experience for clients.
