Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of overall work experience.
• 2-3 years of expert-level experience in systems engineering for an assigned product.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 7+ years of healthcare product experience in Support/Development/Consultancy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous technical guidance to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions.
• Translate business requirements into robust, Altera-aligned solutions.
• Design and document comprehensive technical architectures (infrastructure, data flow, security, performance).
• Document system integrations and interfaces clearly.
• Identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead and mentor other SREs and contribute to internal best practices.
• Maintain high client satisfaction and quality across accounts.
