Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of experience in enterprise networking and network security.
• Strong experience in LAN/WAN, cloud networking, data center, SD-WAN, and hybrid environments.
• Advanced knowledge of routing, switching, network security, and enterprise network architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Azure or other major cloud platforms.
• Experience leading large-scale network projects and strategic technology initiatives.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure LAN/WAN, data center, cloud, and hybrid network solutions.
• Define architecture standards, roadmaps, and reference architectures.
• Lead network transformation, modernization, migration, and optimization.
• Provide expert knowledge of BGP, OSPF, MPLS, SD-WAN, VXLAN/EVPN, VPN, QoS, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Design and support Azure/cloud networking and hybrid connectivity.
• Lead complex network troubleshooting and provide senior guidance.
• Evaluate emerging technologies for security, scalability, performance, and cost.
• Collaborate with Security, Cloud, Infrastructure, Application, and business teams.
• Manage relationships with network vendors, carriers, and technology partners.
• Develop architecture diagrams, standards, design documents, and implementation guidelines.
• Mentor network engineering teams and provide technical leadership.
