Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience with 2-3 years at a senior level or equivalent.
• Experience with SQL Server, Power BI, and Databricks.
• Experience supporting production infrastructure and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Strong understanding of systems, databases, applications, monitoring, and performance management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with executives and cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable working directly with clients and providing clear technical information.

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, maintain, and support infrastructure and application environments.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot hardware, software, operating systems, databases, and applications.
• Partner with Operations on patches, updates, antivirus, maintenance, and system health.
• Monitor system performance, conduct health checks, and support capacity planning and optimization.
• Identify root causes of recurring issues and implement solutions to prevent reoccurrence.
• Ensure technical deliverables meet quality standards and peer reviews are completed.
• Own assigned projects and communicate progress and risks; escalate as needed.
• Serve as a primary technical resource in meetings and drive initiatives to completion.
• Work with clients and stakeholders, presenting technical information to groups and executives.
• Standardize and automate processes and monitoring using scripting and automation technologies.
• Follow change management procedures and maintain technical and system design documentation.
• Document issues and resolutions and contribute to continuous improvement.
