Everlane is seeking a Senior Manager of Sustainability to drive the execution and evolution of our sustainability strategy across the value chain. Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in sustainability, corporate responsibility or a related field.
• Experience executing sustainability programs within supply chain, materials, or product-focused environments.
• Working knowledge of environmental and social compliance frameworks and reporting standards.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Comfort speaking in large groups and with the press.
• Keen on market research, benchmarking, and staying informed on sustainability trends.
• Passionate about global sustainability and long-term climate impact.

Aufgaben

• Own the execution of Everlane’s sustainability roadmap across key pillars including climate, water, waste, and circularity.
• Drive progress against existing commitments (e.g., Renew, Organic Cotton, carbon footprint reduction).
• Translate goals into actionable programs, timelines, and deliverables.
• Partner with Raw Materials and Product Development to integrate lower-impact materials and processes.
• Collaborate with factories, mills, and vendors to align with environmental and social standards.
• Develop and evolve vendor compliance programs with data collection and performance tracking.
• Own quarterly and annual sustainability reporting with accuracy and transparency.
• Implement systems to track environmental and social compliance data.
• Support sustainability storytelling with Marketing and Creative, including updates to the sustainability site.
• Embed sustainability practices across physical spaces with Workplace and Retail teams.
• Provide regular progress updates to internal stakeholders and leadership.
• Represent Everlane in industry conversations and events as needed.
• Stay informed on trends, innovations, and regulatory changes.
