Job summary

• 7+ years of experience in sustainability, corporate responsibility or related field.
• Experience executing sustainability programs within supply chain, materials, or product-focused environments.
• Knowledge of environmental and social compliance frameworks and reporting standards.
• Strong project management skills with ability to drive multiple initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills, including speaking to large groups and with press.
• Interest in market research, benchmarking, and staying updated on sustainability trends.
• Passion for global sustainability and long-term climate impact.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of Everlane’s sustainability roadmap across climate, water, waste, and circularity.
• Drive progress against commitments (Renew, Organic Cotton, carbon footprint reduction) with tracking and accountability.
• Translate goals into actionable programs, timelines, and deliverables.
• Partner with Raw Materials and Product Development to integrate lower‑impact materials and processes into product lines.
• Collaborate with factories, mills, and vendors to ensure environmental and social standards are met.
• Develop and evolve vendor compliance programs including data collection and reporting.
