Job summary

Everlane is seeking a Senior Manager of Sustainability to lead the execution and evolution of our sustainability strategy. The role focuses on delivering against commitments in Renew, Organic Cotton, and carbon reduction while collaborating with Raw Materials, Product Development, Sourcing, Marketing, and external partners.

You will own cross-functional programs, ensure measurable outcomes, and embed sustainability across product creation, vendor management, and brand storytelling.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in sustainability, corporate responsibility or a related field.
• Experience executing sustainability programs within supply chain, materials, or product-focused environments.
• Working knowledge of environmental and social compliance frameworks and reporting standards.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of Everlane's sustainability roadmap across climate, water, waste, and circularity.
• Drive progress against existing commitments (Renew, Organic Cotton, carbon footprint reduction).
• Translate high-level goals into actionable programs, timelines, and deliverables.
• Partner with Raw Materials and Product Development to integrate lower-impact materials and processes.
• Partner with factories, mills, and third-party vendors to align with environmental and social standards.
• Develop quarterly and annual sustainability reporting, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
