Job summary

Everlane, a clean luxury brand, is seeking a Senior Manager of Sustainability to lead and evolve the company’s sustainability strategy across its value chain. You will work closely with Raw Materials, Product Development, Sourcing, Marketing, and external partners to drive measurable, accountable programs.

You’ll own reporting, system implementations, and cross-functional collaboration to embed sustainable practices in product creation and brand storytelling while balancing hands-on program

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in sustainability, corporate responsibility or a related field.
• Experience executing sustainability programs within supply chain, materials, or product-focused environments.
• Working knowledge of environmental and social compliance frameworks and reporting standards.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Comfort speaking to large groups and with the press.
• Passionate about global sustainability and long-term climate impact.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of Everlane’s sustainability roadmap across climate, water, waste, and circularity.
• Drive progress against commitments (Renew, Organic Cotton, carbon footprint reduction) with clear tracking.
• Translate goals into actionable programs, timelines and deliverables.
• Partner with Raw Materials and Product Development to integrate lower-impact materials and processes.
• Collaborate with factories and vendors to ensure alignment with environmental and social standards.
• Develop quarterly and annual sustainability reporting with accuracy and transparency.
