• 7+ years of sustainability experience in corporate responsibility or related field.
• Experience executing sustainability programs within supply chain, materials, or product-focused environments.
• Working knowledge of environmental and social compliance frameworks and reporting standards.
• Strong project management skills with ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Comfort speaking in large groups and with the press.
• Natural love for market research and benchmarking, staying informed on trends.
• Passionate about global sustainability and climate impact.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of Everlane’s sustainability roadmap across climate, water, waste, and circularity.
• Drive progress against commitments (Renew, Organic Cotton, carbon footprint reduction).
• Translate high-level goals into actionable programs, timelines, and deliverables.
• Partner with Raw Materials and Product Development to integrate lower-impact materials and processes.
• Collaborate with factories, mills, and vendors to align with environmental and social standards.
• Develop quarterly and annual sustainability reporting with accuracy and clarity.
