Job summary

Leonardo DRS, Inc. seeks a Senior Supply Chain Compliance Manager for the Bridgeton, MO area. You will lead the review and enhancement of the Purchasing System and MMAS, ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, and guide subcontracting and supplier management activities.

The role requires deep regulatory knowledge, CPSR experience, and the ability to coordinate across procurement, sourcing, and supplier management while supporting cost/pricing data for proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and ~8+ years in DoD contractor supply chain roles.
• Deep understanding of FAR/DFARS purchasing system requirements.
• Experience with CPSR, subcontracts, and CPSR readiness.
• Experience supporting cost/pricing estimates and Estimating System compliance.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Experience leading cross-functional compliance programs.
• ITAR/EAR familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead review and monitoring of Purchasing System and MMAS.
• Provide guidance on FAR/DFARS as they relate to subcontracting.
• Draft and implement supply chain compliance policies and controls.
• Support material basis of estimate inputs for proposals.
• Drive cross-functional compliance programs across procurement.
• Serve as compliance interface with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop training modules on supply chain compliance.
• Maintain audit trails and records per government regulations.
• Lead audits of Purchasing System and CAP closure.
• Monitor FAR/DFARS changes and translate to policy.
