Qualifications

• 3+ years of casualty or bodily injury supervisory experience in a claims environment.
• Must hold an Adjuster license for applicable states or obtain license within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversees investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and conclusion of claims.
• Directs workflow and staffing to meet department goals and ensure quality.
• Acts as liaison with brokers/partners and builds relationships across states.
• Ensures compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.
