Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Supervisor, Commercial Casualty Claims for remote work across the United States. You will supervise complex auto and commercial injury claims, including litigation handling, across multiple states, and may act as liaison with partner clubs and brokers.

You will lead investigations, evaluation, negotiation, and closure of claims, manage workflow and QA, and ensure policy compliance and excellent service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of casualty or bodily injury supervisory experience within a claims environment.
• Technical experience in handling claims relevant to adjuster role(s) supervised.
• High School/GED or 3-year customer service experience in a virtual environment leveraging internet, phone, and chat features.
• Experience handling Commercial Auto, Rideshare, and/or TNC claims.
• Bachelor's degree in related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Associate in Claims (AIC), CPCU and/or ICAR designations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and conclusion of claims.
• Directs, supervises, and evaluates workflow of claims.
• Has accountability for decisions on coverage and liability claims of various complexity.
• Manages phone queues and meetings for department efficiency.
• Ensures high-quality service levels and policy/compliance with regulations.
