Job summary

AGE Solutions is seeking a Senior Subcontracts/Contracts Analyst to support the Contracts Manager in managing federal contracting opportunities across the U.S. government, defense, and intelligence sectors.

You will negotiate and administer NDAs, TAs, and subcontracts, while coordinating with subcontract stakeholders to drive fair and reasonable pricing and terms. The role is remote within the United States with onsite flexibility in the DMV area; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of subcontract/contract administration experience.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Ability to analyze contract language and summarize for senior staff.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Access or SharePoint is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops, negotiates, and administers subcontracts and related agreements.
• Supports capture process including pricing and scheduling strategy.
• Ensures timely processing of subcontract negotiations for fair and reasonable pricing.
• Acts as liaison between program team and subcontractor on contracting issues.
• Coordinates with program managers and matrixed teams to fulfill subcontract requirements.
• Maintains knowledge of subcontract procedures and may mentor junior staff.
• Participates in special projects as required.
