Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Senior Subcontracts Administrator (Specialist/Lead) to join our Subcontracts Team. This position is fully remote within the United States and reports to Corporate Operations & Support Services.

You will administer full life cycle subcontract management, support CPSRs, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, while advising leadership and coordinating with cross-functional partners to drive performance and cost savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or Master’s with 6+ years.
• Experience with CPSR policies and procedures.
• Subcontracts administration, negotiation and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and federal subcontracting.

Responsibilities

• Administer full life cycle subcontract management activities.
• Negotiate terms, prepare solicitations, and evaluate proposals.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and company policies.
• Advise operations leadership on procurement strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
