The role includes leading a structural team, serving as Engineering of Record, and contributing to design, specs, and analyses across nuclear, fossil, and advanced technology projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
• PE license required.
• 8 years of related experience or equivalent experience/education.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of structural engineers through technical development.
• Serve as Structural Lead/Engineering of Record on projects with accountability for deliverables.
• Develop task lists, hours, and schedules for business development and project work.
• Collaborate across disciplines on equipment layouts, site plans, and specifications.
• Provide technical/structural risk assessments, due diligence, and complex solutions to clients.
• Contribute to complete project life cycle from feasibility to commissioning.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

Professional Engineer (P.E.) license

8 years of related experience
