Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
8+ years experience, preferred
Deep functional knowledge of LE&I, Inventory (backorder), Substitution, Allocation and SAP functionality
Experience working with business partners to identify and scope opportunities for technology and process improvement
Strong influencing skills and proven success in forming partnerships with business stakeholders
Experience with SAP, required
Experience with ServiceNow and JIRA, preferred
Analytical and Word Processing: MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Presentation: clear articulation of actions, economics and alternatives

Responsibilities

Point of contact for enhancements and defects related to LE&I, Inventory, Substitution, Allocation and SAP functionality
Manage priority list for enhancements and medium/low-priority defects
Facilitate charter development and advocate for requested work efforts during Governance meetings
Develop and Grow Super User Community
Coordinate with Organizational Change Management to develop and deploy training
Develop Community of Practice
Optimize business processes by leveraging the functionality of the technology solution
Change management and communication within a matrixed organization, leading through influence with multiple cross-functional groups
Develop and identify metrics to quantify business process improvement
Liaison with appropriate solution Run owner
Support the development of business requirements
Develop and mentor more junior-level team members
