Job summary
Cardinal Health is seeking a remote Senior Strategist for Strategic Planning and Execution, ideally near Dublin, OH but eligible anywhere in the United States. You will own LE&I, inventory and SAP-related enhancements, drive governance discussions, mentor junior staff, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes within EST business hours.
The role requires 8+ years of experience, SAP experience, and strong cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
- 8+ years experience in related role preferred.
- Deep functional knowledge of LE&I, Inventory, Substitution, Allocation with SAP functionality.
- Experience with SAP and collaboration with business partners to identify opportunities for technology/process improvement.
- Strong influencing skills with business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Point of contact for LE&I, Inventory, Substitution, Allocation enhancements and SAP support.
- Manage priority list for enhancements and defects.
- Facilitate governance meetings and champion requested work.
- Develop and mentor junior team members.
- Coordinate with Change Management to deploy training and adoption.”
- Develop and identify metrics to quantify business process improvements.
