Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking an experienced strategist to guide end-to-end planning and execution for core business processes. This remote role can be based anywhere in the United States, with preference for near the Dublin, OH office and EST business hours alignment.

The role focuses on optimizing Listings, Exclusions, and Inclusions, inventory, and allocation via SAP. You will influence stakeholders, lead governance, and mentor junior team members while advancing clean, scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 8+ years experience preferred.
• Deep functional knowledge of LE&I, Inventory (backorder), Substitution, Allocation and how those processes are supported by SAP functionality, highly preferred.
• Experience working with business partners to identify and scope opportunities for technology and process improvement.
• Experience with SAP required; ServiceNow and JIRA preferred.
• Analytical and MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Strong influencing skills and ability to partner with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Point of contact for enhancements and defects related to LE&I, Inventory (backorder), Substitution, Allocation and SAP functionality.
• Manage priority list for enhancements and medium/low-priority defects.
• Facilitate charter development and advocate for requested work efforts during Governance meetings.
• Develop and Grow Super User Community.
• Coordinate with Organizational Change Management to develop and deploy training.
• Develop Community of Practice.
• Optimize business processes by leveraging the technology solution.
