Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Strategic Planning and Execution professional for a remote role that can be based anywhere in the United States, with proximity to the Dublin office and EST business hours.

The role focuses on LE&I, inventory, substitutions, and related SAP functionality, leading governance meetings, prioritizing enhancements, developing KPIs, and mentoring junior team members while coordinating with Change Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years experience, preferred.
• Deep functional knowledge of LE&I, Inventory, Substitution, Allocation and SAP functionality.
• Experience with SAP, ServiceNow, and JIRA.
• Strong analytical and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Point of contact for LE&I, Inventory, Substitution and related SAP functionality.
• Manage priority list for enhancements and medium/low-priority defects.
• Facilitate governance meetings and charter development.
• Develop and Grow Super User Community.
• Coordinate with Change Management to deploy training.
• Develop Community of Practice.
• Optimize business processes via technology solutions.
• Mentor junior team members.
