Job summary

Cardinal Health, headquartered in Dublin, OH, seeks an experienced strategist to lead planning initiatives across LE&I, inventory, and SAP-enabled processes. This remote role allows anywhere in the United States and aligns with EST business hours.

You will influence stakeholders, manage governance, and mentor junior team members while driving process improvements and program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
• 8+ years experience, preferred
• Deep functional knowledge of LE&I, Inventory, Substitution, Allocation and SAP functionality
• Experience with partnering to identify and scope technology/process improvements
• Strong influencing skills and proven success with business stakeholders
• Experience with SAP is required
• Experience with ServiceNow and JIRA preferred
• MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) proficiency
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to articulate actions and economics

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for enhancements/defects related to LE&I, inventory, substitutions, allocation, supported by SAP
• Manage priority list for enhancements and medium/low-priority defects
• Facilitate charter development and advocate for requested work during Governance meetings
• Develop and grow the Super User Community
• Coordinate with Organizational Change Management to deploy training
• Develop Community of Practice
• Optimize business processes using technology
• Lead change management and cross-functional communication
• Develop and identify metrics to quantify process improvement
• Liaise with Run owner and support requirements
• Mentor junior team members
• Support business requirements development
